I was a legal secretary for five years and have also taken paralegal courses. I have since taken a particular interest in advising and protecting clients from actions or purchases which could be detrimental for them. Celebrating 25 years of being a Realtor in Indian River County as of July 2008, I take my work seriously and I feel that my legal background is an added bonus for my clients.

MY EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND INCLUDES:

Moved to Vero Beach in 1972,
Worked for court reporting business and various attorneys late 1973---1981
1982-1983--Sea Oaks--Assistant to Marketing Director

Realtor since 1984
1984-1992--Sorensen Real Estate
1992-1995-Re/Max Connection
1995-Richards Real Estate, Inc. (opened my own business)

I served the local board of realtors as Director, Secretary/Treasurer and Vice-President. Because of this experience, my understanding of the local real estate industry has increased.  

Management:
Worked for a condominium in mid 1980's
Miracle Mile Shopping Center for five years from 2003-2008

I serve the Indian River County, Vero Beach, Sebastian, Orchid Island, Indian River Shores areas and northern St. Lucie County. I provide all forms of residential properties, land, and commercial and residential leasing.
